On March 5, 2018, our Spare Parts Coordinator of International Service Group of Global Service Department, KCM, Mr. Ryuzo Mitsuhashi came to Beijing for spare parts training, during which he conducted systematic and professional training on how to place online orders by using the Kobelco unified ERP platform for our spare parts service team. Through the advanced ERP platform, we can easily place order at any time a day, and check the delivery and transportation status, which greatly improves the working efficiency, shortens the ordering cycle of spare parts, and reduces the breaking down losses caused by waiting for the spare parts.
